About Our Park
What began in 2014 as a search for a new home for the Virginia Renaissance Faire, became a venture to create a site for hosting all kinds of Activities and Events. The project evolved into the Pheonix Event Park, a multi-purpose site for a myriad of activities and events, built in the proven “Sweet Spot” for events in Virginia: Spotsylvania County.

- 300-500 acres in Spotsylvania County
- Site within 10-12 minutes of I-95
- Easy access from points West
- Non-timbered forest land
- Water feature(s)
- Zoned Agriculture
- Open ground for parking & sports fields
- Rural location to minimize sound/light impact on local communities
- Frontage for multiple access points
- Cell phone connectivity
- Space for multiple gardens
- A historic component to Virginia heritage
